You notify us of your allergy in advance. This can be done while your ordering your tickets, or afterwards in the free Restaurant Tour App.

After you've entered for how many people you want tickets, you can select allergies or other dietary restrictions in the menu. See the screenshot below.

After you've paid for your tickets, they'll be ready for you in our free app (read more info here). Once logged in, you can edit any allergies here as well. Open your ticket, tap "Details" and add or remove any information per person here.

The deadline for passing on this information the Friday before the event, 5pm. As you can imagine, restaurants have to prepare everything, and they need this information in time. Friday night is when we update the restaurants with the last information.

This is also the reason we do not sell or cancel tickets after Friday night. Read more about cancelling tickets here.

Any extreme allergies or diets (like veganism) propose a significant challenge for the chefs. You might have to wait for a bit, since these dishes are prepared on the spot.

Not all restaurants are equipped to cater to these diets. Feel free to order your tickets. The restaurants will let us know if they can't cater to you diet, and we'll be in touch right away with a decent alternative. If it's not to your liking, cancelling and a full refund is free of charge.
