We work with e-tickets, which can be found in our free app. The process works like this:
When you order your tickets, we ask you for your email.
An account with this email is automatically created
When you finish and pay your order, the tickets are linked to your account
Log in using the email address from step 2
You'll see your ticket like below (tap the ticket for more details)

We do not send physical tickets. If you do not own a smart phone, we can always send you a PDF version of the ticket. Just send us an email, and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.
